Year 4 at Butser Farm

Year 4 had a fantastic day at Butser Farm.  They were so excited to find that snow had also fallen there.

After playing in the snow they carved pieces of chalk, span some yarn from sheep’s fleece, made a wattle fence and were able to sew runes.

Having lunch in a smokey round house was quite an experience.

A great day was had by all,  even if it was a bit chilly!!
